What are Individual Leases?
Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Apollo for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Apollo is an Arizona State University student’s best housing option!
What if I have a problem with my apartment?
Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Apollo offers 24-hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student’s comfort is not affected.
What living options are available?
Apollo offers many spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find one to suit your needs. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Your monthly installment includes the following utilities (water, sewage, trash, premium cable, wired and Wi-Fi Internet. Electricity will be set up and individually billed per person. Each resident will have a fully furnished apartment, brand new stainless steel-like appliances, full size washer and dryer, and access to all of the amazing world class amenities that Apollo has to offer!
What Furniture should I bring?
Apollo is a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each resident will have a full-size bed, large desk and chair, under bed / stackable dresser drawers, full–size closets, and private bathroom. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, coffee table and an entertainment stand. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops with an extended bar area with bar stools provided, stainless steel like appliances, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.
Do I have to find roommates before signing?
If you do not have a roommate in mind, we can find you one! Each resident at Apollo will fill out a Roommate Matching form so that we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!
Do you host activities at APOLLO?
While the main focus of your college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, you also need to have fun along the way. At Apollo, you will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our great staff plans monthly resident events to get you and your neighbors involved. We want you to succeed, and that’s why we thought of them while designing Apollo as a Living-Learning environment!
What is included in the monthly installment?
Apollo’s installment-based leasing makes life easy. Your monthly installment includes: utilities (water, sewer, trash pickup), electricity set up and individually billed per person, premium cable, Wireless Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Apollo’s amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them.
When is my monthly installment due?
Your monthly installment is always due the 1st of the month. You can pay up front (due August 1), in semester installments (due August 1 and January 1), or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).
How do I pay my monthly installment?
Pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Pay with a credit card online through Apollo’s Resident Portal. Service fee may apply.*
Have your financial institution automatically deduct rent from your bank account each month to send in payment.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed at Apollo. Please contact Apollo Management Team for further details!
Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Apollo’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
Apollo’s lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Apollo after signing your lease, you will need to re-let, or find a replacement for your space. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.
What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.

How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on APOLLO’s property. If you receive a package that doesn’t fit in the mailbox, you will receive a key in your mailbox with instructions to pick up from the onsite office or nearby parcel locker. Other carriers may deliver to your apartment door.
How close are you to campus?
We are walking distance to Arizona State University. You are only steps away from campus and all of your classes. At Apollo, you also have direct access to the Metro Light Rail and Tempe’s brand new Streetcar.
What type of parking is available at your community?
Apollo offers plenty of secured onsite car, motorcycle/scooter, and bicycle parking options. Please contact the office for further details.

What kinds of events do you have at APOLLO?
Apollo has resident events that range from social gatherings, ASU Athletic Watch Parties, and study groups. Not only is there free food and giveaways at most events, but it’s also a great way to meet people! Health and Wellness is also important to the team at Apollo, which is why you will also have fitness and nutrition classes available for all of our residents.
When will Apollo be ready to move in?
While construction for our community will be completed during the spring/summer of 2020, we will take the time to make sure your brand new apartment is perfect before your August 2020 move-in date.
When will I receive roommate matching information?
Once all spots have been filled, our team will work diligently to place you with roommates who have similar interests and preferences. You should expect to see roommate matching information in the late summer.
Can I stay in the same apartment/bedroom next year as well?
Yes! If you renew your lease at Apollo prior to the deadline, you will have the opportunity to remain in your assigned space for another year. Management will notify all residents when renewal leases are able to be signed.
