What Are Individual Leases?

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Apollo Tempe for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Apollo Tempe is an Arizona State University student’s best housing option!

What If I Have A Problem With My Apartment?

Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Apollo Tempe offers 24-hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student’s comfort is not affected.

What Floor Plans Are Available?

Apollo Tempe offers many spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find one to suit your needs. We have one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments near ASU. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Each resident will have a fully furnished apartment, brand new stainless steel-like appliances, full size washer and dryer, and access to all of the amazing world class amenities that Apollo has to offer!

What Furniture Should I Bring?

Apollo Tempe is a fully-furnished community. Each resident will have a full-size bed, large desk and chair, under bed / stackable dresser drawers, full–size closets, and private bathroom in their apartment. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, coffee table and an entertainment stand. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops with an extended bar area with bar stools provided, stainless steel like appliances, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

Do I Have To Find Roommates Before Signing?

If you do not have a roommate in mind, we can find you one! You’ll fill out a Roommate Matching form so that our team knows what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!

Do You Host Activities At Apollo Tempe?

Apollo Tempe hosts resident events that range from social gatherings, ASU Athletic Watch Parties, and study groups. Not only is there free food and giveaways at most events, but it’s also a great way to meet people! Health and Wellness is also important to the team at Apollo, which is why you will also have fitness and nutrition classes available for all of our residents.

What Is Included In The Monthly Installment?

Apollo’s installment-based leasing makes life easy. Your monthly installment includes: utilities (water, sewer, trash pickup), electricity set up and individually billed per person, premium cable, Wireless Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Apollo’s amenities.

When Is My Monthly Installment Due?

Your monthly installment is always due the 1st of the month. You can pay up front (due August 1), in semester installments (due August 1 and January 1), or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).

How Do I Pay My Monthly Installment?

Residents can pay their monthly installments using a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. You can also pay with a credit card online through Apollo’s Resident Portal or have your financial institution automatically deduct rent from your bank account each month to send in payment. Lastly, residents can pay with a check online using your resident portal free of charge!

Do You Allow Pets?

Apollo Tempe is proud to be a pet friendly ASU apartment community! Contact our office to learn more about our pet policies.

Is There Insurance Coverage In The Event Of A Fire, Theft Or Natural Causes? Does My Lease Provide Coverage For My Belongings?

Apollo Tempe’s insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.

What If I Need To Break My Lease?

Apollo Tempe’s lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live in our community after signing your lease, you will need to re-let, or find a replacement for your space. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.

What If I Need Maintenance?

If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.

How Do I Receive Mail & Packages?

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on Apollo Tempe’s property. If you receive a package that doesn’t fit in the mailbox, you will receive a key in your mailbox with instructions to pick up from the onsite office or nearby parcel locker. Other carriers may deliver to your apartment door.

How Close To ASU Is Apollo Tempe?

We are walking distance to Arizona State University, meaning you are only steps away from campus and all of your classes. At Apollo, you also have direct access to the Metro Light Rail and Tempe’s brand new Streetcar.

Is Parking Available?

Apollo offers plenty of secured onsite car, motorcycle/scooter, and bicycle parking options. Please contact the office for further details.

What Do I Need To Bring To My New Apartment?

Our apartments near Arizona State are fully furnished, but we recommend you bring the following items with you to your new home: bedding, toiletries, dishes, cookware, and decorations to feel right at home.

When Will I Receive Roommate Matching Information?

Once all spots have been filled, our team will work diligently to place you with roommates who have similar interests and preferences. You should expect to see roommate matching information in the late summer before your lease begins.
